Giving For Living is an International Nonprofit Organization that empowers communities in Central and South America by providing children and adults with tools for a better tomorrow. Lead by an inspired group of individuals and volunteers, the operation is tight and efficient, sourcing and distributing clothing, books, toys and more while simultaneously creating programs that support and educate those in need. Through partnership with reputable organizations such as Soles for Souls and World Books, Giving For Living is able to expand its reach and effect change on a larger scale.

Roland Dib Founder and Board President Mr. Dib brings extensive, superior level management and corporate organization to his current function as Founder and Board President of Giving For Living International. He has been serving as President of Dib Management Co., Inc., a real estate Development company, from 1990 to present. He has to his credit two degrees: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Columbia University, in addition to Private Equity study at Harvard University.

Joe Dib MD. Dr. Dib is an MD graduate of SUNY-Downstate Medical Center. He received his initial training in the combined Emergency & Internal Medicine Program at LIJ Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY. He is currently the Director of Observation Services and an Associate Director of the Dept. of Emergency Medicine at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Emergency Medical Associates/EMX and affiliates. Dr. Dib has been practicing Emergency Medicine for over 18 years and lectures regularly on his areas of expertise.
